Artfight 2026

This year was a lot of catching up as I ended up spending a lot of time working on revenge attacks. I completed my first five attacks early on and then rushed to complete six revenge attacks by the end of the month. I had several attacks this year that were fun to make, specifically the ones I did for Chantilly, Arden, Taye/The Sacrificial Lamb, and Mono (Samuel Kezler).
Mono's piece was rather experiemental on my part as it was my first time attempting to paint a realistic portrait for a character and not a real person. I've done realistic portraits before, but I'm usually attempting to replicate a real living human with photographs as reference images, rather than a 2D character where you have to do a lot of interpretation. Mono was a major diversion from my usual process and I think it paid off.
My favorite attacks I received this year were these drawings of Templair from user Boots1931 (they're so silly) and this revenge attack from user Lien.
